HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language it was created by Berners-Lee in late 1991 , which is the most widely used language on Web to develop web pages.

Web browsers can read HTML files and compose them into visible or audible web pages. Browsers do not display the HTML tags and scripts, but use them to interpret the content of the page. Inspirational Message

MTN came to Nigeria at a time when nobody wanted to invest in Nigeria, at a time when Nigerians did not have phones.  Even Zenith Bank refused to loan MTN cash to operate, UBA rejected MTN’s offer but today see the difference. What about Cowbell?  When they came to Nigeria, they made milk in a sachet, Peak was laughing at them – they said Cowbell was milk for the poor – but they were right!

3-million poor people could afford N10 a day for a sachet of milk.

Do the math – 3 million people buying milk at N10.00 – that was N30million every single day.  In a month they grossed N900million (almost N1billion). Even PEAK had to make sachet milk in order to SURVIVE in the MARKET.
So what have people told you?  What have they said you cannot do, or you do not qualify for, or you do not have experience for? They told Cowbell, they told MTN, but today the STORY has CHANGED.  I have a feeling something is changing for you today! They will change their strategies just to keep in step with you. Don’t listen to what people are saying or what life is showing you.

Success is not about where you graduated from, or what grade you graduated with, but what graduates

    out of you.

    Keep the spirit UP..

    Dr.Myles Munroe’s Words of Wisdom.

Late Dr Myles Munroe; a man of wisdom  was quoted as saying:
I was born poor, sleeping on the floor with cockroaches and rats. Today, I own my own jet. Everything I have is paid for. I am debt free; I open new businesses every year and mentor many people,”

Myles Munroe strongly discouraged the reliance on Government for jobs, describing it as ‘lazy thinking.’“There is no such thing as unemployment in the world. What you call unemployment is what I call lazy thinking,” he says.“The work of government is not to create jobs, but to create an environment for people to develop their own work,” he asserts.

Munroe discourages employed professionals against relying solely on their jobs for income, urging them to instead create wealth using their unique talents. He also challenges aspiring entrepreneurs to develop and refine their expertise in a talent, idea, service or body of

knowledge. When you refine your gift in an area, you become valuable; people seek you out and pay you,

Munroe said setting principles is the first step towards achieving success for any budding entrepreneur. “I will never be poor again because I have learnt the principles of business,” he asserts.“I can say without a doubt that what I have accomplished is based on principles passed on to me by my parents. You should never build your life on facts or techniques because these often become obsolete,” he cautions.“For you to survive today, you must accept the reality of partnerships. If someone emerges as my competition today, I am not supposed to kill them, but marry them,” he states.“Do not curse a crisis; use it. Every business is a solution to a crisis. Develop the capacity to solve a problem and you will become a successful entrepreneur.”
    1. Understand crisis and use it to solve a problem. Every business is a response to a problem.

    1. Initiate something; do not wait for things to be done.

    2. Identify and refine your talent, skill, idea, service or knowledge to create wealth.

    3. Whatever makes you angry, you must solve it.

    4. Poverty is not the  lack of money, but the lack of ideas.

    5. God does not give cash, but ideas on how to create wealth.

    6. Be in control of your mind, thoughts,  perception and mentality to respond to change.

    7. Be keen and take advantage of changes brought about by technology and globalisation.

    8. Leave your legacy, but in the people you train, not in products or buildings.

    9. Every human being was born with a treasure. Your greatest secret to success lies in discovering your treasure.
Secure your future, stop blaming every sitting president or Government of your country for your destiny

How Thomas Edison, The Electric Bulb Inventor,Inspired Henry Ford

In 1896, Thomas Edison, the great inventor who invented the electric bulb, was working on an idea to design a car when he heard that a young man who worked in  his company had created an experimental car.
Edison met the youngman at his company’s party in New York and interviewed him about the car. He was impressed! He had the same idea as the young man but he was considering electricity as the power source while the young man used a gasoline engine to power the car. He slammed his fist down and shouted “young man, that’s the thing! You have it! … I think you are on to something! I encourage you to continue your pursuits!” With these words of encouragement from the most highly respected inventor in the United States at that time, HENRY Ford continued his work, invented a car and became wealthy.
On december 9, 1914, Thomas Edison’s laboratory and factory got burnt. He was 67years old and the damage was too extensive for insurance cover. Before the ashes were cold, Henry Ford handed Edison a cheque of $750,000 with a note saying that Edison could have more if he needed it!
In 1916, Henry Ford relocated his home to the building next to Edison’s home and when Edison couldn’t walk and was confined to a wheelchair by his doctors, Henry Ford also bought himself a wheelchair so that he could run wheelchair races with his friend and mentor!
Thomas Edison made Henry Ford believe in himself and got a friend for life!

Don’t ever be jealous of other people’s success. If you can’t win a race, help the person in front of you to break the record!

How to inspire manners to your children 👶
    1. When entering the house greet your children with hugs and kisses. This should help develop their sense of love and mercy.
    2. Be good to your neighbours and never backbite. Never speak ill of other drivers when on the road. Your children listen, absorb and emulate.
    3. When calling your parents, encourage your children to speak to them. When visiting your parents take your children with you. The more they see you take care of your parents the more they will learn to take care of you.
    4. When driving them say to school, don’t always play albums or cds (even if my cds!). Rather, tell them the stories yourself. This will have a greater impact – trust me!
    5. Read to them a short story and  even a scripture a day – it doesn’t take much time, but very impactful in creating strong bonds and wonderful memories.
    6. Comb your hair, clean your teeth and wear presentable cloths even if sitting at home and not going out for the day. They need to learn that being clean and tidy has nothing to do with going out!
    7. Try not to blame or comment on every word or action they say or do. Learn to overlook and let go sometimes. This certainly builds their self-confidence.
    8. Ask your children’s permission before entering their rooms. Don’t just knock and enter, but then wait for a verbal permission. They will learn to do the same when wanting to enter your room.
    9. Apologize to your children if you made a mistake. Apologizing teaches them to be humble and polite.
    10. Don’t be sarcastic or make fun of their views or feelings, even if you “didn’t mean it” and was “only joking”. It really hurts.
    11. Show respect to your children’s privacy. Its important for their sense of value and self-esteem.
    12. Don’t expect that they will listen or understand the first time. Don’t take it personally. But be patient and consistent.
13.Pray with them. Show them how to pray. Lead by example.
    Please share with other parents!
